Erica Taylor Sanders, LCSW-S
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's and Master's degree from The University of Texas @ Arlington. With over 12 years experience working with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings and with diverse clients, including both long term and brief interventions. Areas of expertise include: Trauma, Anxiety & Depression, Relationship challenges, Phases of life changes, Life stressors, and next steps. Erica believes that change happens when people are given the guidance they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. Erica provides compassion and support to help individuals overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive.

Jhirkayla Clark, LCSW
A Licensed Master Social Worker with a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern State University and a Master’s Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. She has over 5 years of experience working with diverse individuals and families across a variety of settings. She is committed to helping individuals navigate through multiple challenges such as Anxiety & Depression, Burnout, Life Transitions, and Aging. Her goal is to build a therapeutic relationship and provide a safe space for clients to work through emotional and behavioral challenges. Kayla believes in using a collaborative approach to assist clients in meeting their goals by exploring new ways of thinking, feeling, and living.

Kristina McCray, M.S., LPC
A Licensed Professional Counselor with a bachelor’s in psychology from Louisiana State University and a master’s in clinical psychology from Northwestern State University. She also is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. She has over 15 years of experience working with people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, personality disorders, substance addiction, identity problems, self-esteem, intellectual disabilities, and ADHD. Kristina believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and person-centered techniques. Kristina believes in providing a listening ear to whatever thoughts and feelings that you are experiencing in your life and helping people to take the journey to heal.

Julian Williams, LMSW
A Licensed Master Social Worker with a Bachelor of Public Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and Masters in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. He has over 5 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and is passionate about mental health and wellness. He is committed to bringing awareness to everyday mental health practices and engaging with clients to empower them in overcoming anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, family dynamics, and other areas of growth.  Julian believes in providing a judgment-free safe space so that all clients will be able to comfortably explore and empower themselves to make radical changes in their lives with his assistance. He believes that learning about “Self” first, and holistically embracing your uniqueness and flaws, is a great first step. Julian is currently under the supervision of Erica Taylor Sanders, LCSW-S.
